Shipping policy
Goods are shipped via DHL and delivered by Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost or parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.
1. Warenpost (for small shipments without tracking)
Requirement: Max. weight 1 kg and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm)
- up to 300 g: £3.50
- up to 500 g: £5.50
- up to 700 g: £5.90
- up to 1 kg: £6.90
2. Parcel shipping (with tracking)
- Standard parcel (up to 500 g): £7.90
- Standard parcel (over 500 g): £6.90
- Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): £10.90
Unfortunately, express delivery to the United Kingdom is not available.
Information on Taxes & Customs
- Orders up to £135: 20% UK VAT is included directly in the purchase price at checkout. No additional customs duties or delivery fees apply upon receipt.
- Orders over £135: 20% UK VAT is collected at checkout. However, under UK import regulations, orders exceeding £135 are subject to local customs duties and carrier handling fees upon arrival. These additional charges are determined by HM Revenue & Customs and must be paid by the recipient to Royal Mail prior to delivery.
- Orders delivered to other countries/regions: For shipments outside the UK, local import taxes and fees apply according to the destination country's regulations.
- Shipping to the USA: Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
