Note on Personalised Items: Customised or engraved products are excluded from voluntary returns and statutory cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods.

Important Notice for Non-EU Returns (Customs & Declarations):

When returning items from outside the EU, please ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS / COMMERCIAL RETURN" on the customs declaration (CN22/CN23 form). Any customs charges incurred by us due to incorrect parcel declarations will be deducted from your total refund amount.
