Has the buckle fallen off your favourite bag? Or has a seam split somewhere? No problem! Get your leather lovely repaired by contacting our customer support team to discuss the details and don’t forget to share your email address with us! We offer free repairs* within the scope of the warranty for Gusti products for 1 year following your purchase.

Speak to one of our team members in store and they can help you fill out a repair form so you’ll be able to use your leather bag again. Drop off the bag you want to be repaired in one of our stores and then pick it up from the same store. You can still take advantage of our repair service even if you don’t live near one of our stores. Get in touch with our customer support team at info@gusti-leather.co.uk for more information. Our current return time for repairs is about 2 to 3 weeks.

We’re more than happy to repair any leather bag. Unfortunately, we can’t repair leather shoes or other items of clothing. We’d also like to note that we can’t offer repairs using original parts, as we only use the replacement materials from our own ranges. You’re more than welcome to send us your own spare materials and parts, like buckles or carabiners, along with your bag. We calculate the price of repairs on an individual basis.
Repair the strap edging
Don't throw your leather bag away just because the edging is worn. We can repair this in our Gusti Leather stores for a small fee. Visit our stores in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands now and get the edging on your bag repaired.
How do we fix the clasp or fastener on a bag?
It’s really difficult to keep your valuables safe and secure in your bag if the clasp or fastener is broken. Unfortunately, you often have to throw your bag away when this happens. Instead of doing this, you can now get the buckle or fastener fixed. Just visit one of our stores and we’ll replace it with a new one. This will save you money and extend your bag’s lifespan!
